WILDWAY PACKAGING DESIGN

When Wildway said they wanted to create a new coconut chip snack SKU, Gallant jumped into action, creating designs for three new flavors - original, espresso, and snickerdoodle. Designs, copy, and callouts were based on Gallant’s primary research with existing Wildway customers and a competitive audit of the coconut chip category. 

Gallant helped Wildway redesign their smaller snack packs for a partnership with American Airlines. Not only was this a great sampling opportunity for Wildway, but it was also a great way to drive new customers to Wildway’s Amazon store.


WILDWAY WEBSITE

Wildway wanted to freshen up their website design to highlight their core product - grain free granola - while also shining a light on the great work their team has been doing around sustainability. To help bring Wildway’s vision to life, Gallant created a wide variety of new photography assets and new content for their sustainability impact report with key stats around carbon offsets and recycled packaging options.  

WILDWAY EMAIL & SMS CAMPAIGNS

Wildway had a regularly recurring email campaign called Wild Wednesdays. Gallant helped Wildway dig into their Klaviyo email analytics to better understand which subject lines, offers, and campaigns were performing the best, leading to a more data-driven approach for future email campaigns, partnerships, and creative direction. Gallant also revamped Wildway’s automated welcome email sequence, improving their performance with abandoned carts subscription customers. Additionally, Gallant created more campaign consistency between email and SMS, leading to higher year-over-year sales of their core lineup and seasonal flavors.


WILDWAY SOCIAL MEDIA

Gallant helped Wildway expand their brand story on social media with more engaging lifestyle and POV shots of their granola and hot cereal products. Closeup macro photography helped highlight the unique blend of ingredients Wildway uses in their grain-free granola, including dates, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pecans, and more.

Since Wildway is a proud TX brand with a strong presence at HEB,  Gallant created this one-minute, one-take video for Texas Independence Day, highlighting Wildway’s wide range of flavors and all the different ways customers can enjoy their Wildway with a little Texas flare.


WILDWAY SAMPLING PROGRAM & PAIRING PARTNERSHIP

When Wildway asked Gallant how they could reach more people with their convenient Wildway sample packs, Gallant developed a 360 degree sampling program that involved strategically chosen pairing partners and businesses and a convenient countertop sampling box with coupon tearpad to stimulate trial and retail sales.
